What size are the teepees?
The total space we need for each mattress and tent setup is 105cm by 185cm. If you have any questions regarding space, please do get in touch. The breakfast trays are 56 x 36cm and are usually placed in front of each bed if there is room however these can be placed elsewhere if preferred.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have public liability insurance.
Please be aware that you use our equipment at your own risk and we are not responsible for any injury caused. We strongly advise adult supervision throughout the duration of the party.
Do you have an age restrictions for your teepees?
Our sleepovers are recommended for children from the age of 6 to 13, however younger children can participate, but must be supervised at all times.
What are my payment options?
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the date of the party. We accept payment via bank transfer.
How long will it take you to set up and take down?
Our set up time depends on the amount of teepees required, we estimate between 45mins and 1 hour. Our bell tents can take between 1.5 and 2 hours. A rough time can be given once enquiry had been sent if needed.
Are the teepees suitable for outside use?
Sadly not, our teepees tents must remain inside at all times. If you are looking at an outside option please look at our bell tents.
What happens if I cancel my event?
Once the final balance has been paid (14 days prior to the booking) no refunds will be issued.
How can I check if my date is available?
Feel free to contact us via our enquiry form, email, phone or social media. We aim to get back to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Do I need a power supply?
Our fairy lights and light box are battery operated. We require a power supply to pump up the air beds but if this isn’t possible please let us know as we also have a battery operated pump.
